Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses, and potential withholding of balances pending investigation. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name by someone else, contact zx555 support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and CNIC number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voided winnings, and recovery of any funds that were paid out based on fraudulent details.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

zx555 currently accepts registrations from players physically located in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of zx555 is lawful in your specific location. zx555 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions is a Prohibited Activity under Section 7.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your zx555 account credentials — username, password, and any linked mobile number — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. zx555 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through your zx555 account are your responsibility. If you believe your account was accessed without your authorisation and unauthorised bets were placed, report it to support immediately. We will investigate but cannot guarantee a reversal of any transactions already processed before we were notified.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account on zx555 is considered inactive if there has been no login for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, zx555 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to cover administrative costs. You will be notified by SMS and email before any fee is applied. Any balance remaining once an account reaches zero will result in account closure. To reactivate your account, simply log in and contact support.

3.4 Account Closure by You

You may close your zx555 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after KYC verification, provided no wagering requirements or withdrawal conditions are outstanding. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zx555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. zx555 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name, and withdrawals are only processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on zx555 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however transaction limits imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take 1 to 4 hours depending on your bank's clearing schedule. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically instant.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from zx555 is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification before the first payout is processed. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 2 to 6 hours during business hours. There are no withdrawal fees applied by zx555. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside zx555's control.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on zx555 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zx555 does not accept or process any foreign currency. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined by the payment processor before it reaches zx555.

New zx555 members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The minimum deposit to qualify for the Welcome Bonus is Rs 500. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of Rs 5,000, you must wager a total of Rs 50,000 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable as real money. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new member once only.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible period unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your zx555 balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from a specific promotion are listed in its terms.
• zx555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed a promotion before it is withdrawn retain their existing entitlement under the terms at the time of claiming.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on zx555 use certified random number generators (RNG) for digital card and outcome generation. Live dealer games use physical cards dealt on camera in a professional studio environment. Game results are determined by the RNG or physical cards — zx555 does not manipulate or influence outcomes in favour of any party, including the platform itself.

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game crash during a round on zx555, the platform reserves the right to void the affected round. Any bets placed on voided rounds will be returned to your zx555 account balance. If a malfunction results in an incorrectly large payout, zx555 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount after notifying you. • Colluding with other players at any table on zx555 to gain an unfair advantage over other members.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in zx555 games or systems to gain an advantage. Such errors must be reported to support immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes zx555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

zx555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations — may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of zx555 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
